Suggestion: Hide other pc animations
But i thought blasting fields is good. Especially fire and water fields.
blasting is good, but you can’t see a thing if you play melee. the ability to hide other pc animations would allow melee toons to be more effective due to more visibility
The only time this has been a problem for me is when fighting world bosses, where it’s often a good idea to be ranged anyway.
But I don’t think it’s a big problem even when using melee weapons because you don’t actually need to aim for your target and therefore don’t need to be able to see it. As long as you’ve got the target selected and you’re in range (which you can tell by checking whether you’re dealing damage or getting a message on screen that you’re out of range) you’ll hit the target.

It isn’t animations that are the problem, its all of the bright overlapping skill effects. Turning off “animations” would just make things really awkward. Players would just float around like ghost zombies.
Turning other player effects off would solve the issue. It’s been an issue sense release

exactly my point, Manu.6078… we can’t see a blasted thing and we don’t know if stuff is hurting us unless we babysit our health orb/bar/thing. we need a way to turn off the other pc animations so we can see
