Some things I would like to see improved or corrected: Ability to preview a Main hand and an off hand weapon at the same time. Fix the wielded view so that weapons such as hammers and staffs appear in the position the way they really do. Add the full effects of a legendary weapon (aura, etc) when in the wielded view. Redesign the dye preview so that they are in line with the Hero panel dye page.

Jade Quarry
Eternity, The Juggernaut, Kudzu…

I’d say just implement preview in the wardrobe, possibly including the ability to paste item codes into it. That’d be legit.

Preview window is a sad copy and paste of the gw1 version 2 preview window. Not all things fit in the window, there’s no zoom and pan so you can actually see the details, it’s not integrated into the other things that have a preview, there’s no Tyrian lighting system so you can see what it’ll look like in different zones. It’s just “Here’s your character or weapon, good luck!”

The GW1 version 1 dye preview was great for what it was for, you could resize the window and it would scale your character up with it (in effect a zoom) so you could actually see the details of the things you were previewing. While still lacking in functionality – some weapons tracked off the side (why is this still an issue?) – it was better than the version 2 static sized window that you couldn’t see what you were doing in.

In this day of high resolution screens, why is it that I can’t resize huds and things in games? Oh you put in some premade sizes, neat, too bad it doesn’t function across ALL the windows properly (TP browser…).
