Guild Wars 2

First of all, I know this has been mentioned before. But I thought it was really interesting seeing the notes that ANet released on their Tumblr page (here’s two of them):

• A sketch of the creature I saw yesterday (especially this one)
• Dragons consume magic, but they don’t destroy it…

The exact same notes can be found in-game, but unfortunately only shown by the normal dialouge interface.

I think it’s a huge problem that a lot of players don’t take their time to read written content. There are LOADS of interesting stuff, which players just skip – very unfortunate, but often also quite understandable.

If ANet started presenting in-game books, notes, etc. more like they do on Tumblr, I think it would drastically increase the number of people reading it, instead of just pressing “next”, “next”, “close”.
It would also make it possible to publish ANet’s AMAZING short stories ingame! (and works like An Empire Divided).
