[Suggestion] In-game report function for hacking
Sent a mail to exploits@guildwars2.com
That’s how you report hacks.

To further clarify – exploits@arena.net is not used for reviewing reports of cheaters. This is for notifying us of found exploits so that QA can work on reporting fixes.

All of us (GMs) have character names starting with GM (GM Proheals, for example). We are online 24/7 and responding to reports sent by you via the in-game reporting system. 98% of the time we’re invisible clearing bots and the like.
To remove someone using hacks (teleports, speed, etc) we have to witness the act in game so you must use the in-game reporting tool. The only exception is if you can point us to chat where the player cheating has said they are using a 3rd party program.

He has much more to say on the topic, if you care to follow the link and read his responses.
Good luck.
And its really just not intuitive. The game needs an “in-game” reporting feature. Furthermore, you’d think that creating and running a background process to do file checks for modified files, or even code would be something that they could do in the coding to the game. I know <insert game here> does this and they have very little issue with hacking.
I know how these people are doing what they are doing to hack the game, but if i mention it, the forum mods ban me. Furthermore, that generally “happy population” that doesn’t come to the forums to complain about the hacking, they just get upset and either leave it be or go play something else. And why make a big fuss over something very few people are reporting?
There is an in game reporting feature. Right click on the players name and report them.

I Plan On Burnin Through Another 9 Lives”

Read the kittening OP.
You can’t report for hacking.
Or report it on the forums. Look at the WvW forums. People try to report there just to have a mod lock the thread.
Report them for “Botting.” That is the preferred way for them to receive reports about people using such exploits.

Don’t swear at me. Hacking, etc goes under “Botting” since they are using a third party program to do it. There’s no need for another heading.

The fact that it’s been unclear on how to report people with /report suggests to me that there may be need for it. It’s odd that there isn’t an option for hacks/non-hack related exploits.

Hacks fall into botting and where you can add more detail, there you can point out it’s a hack they are using.
As for game exploits it’s hard for normal players to see if someone is abusing an exploit do to a game update flaw for an example. Before anyone hears about it Anet will probably have too and they can easily look at the data to see who was abusing it and ban them.
You can report what you may think is an exploit but if there was a way to report them via the report feature Anet would get bombarded with reports of people who may think another player is abusing an exploit do to a game flaw. With the constant flow of reports do to harassment, bots, gold selling spammers and trolls reporting just because they don’t need this to be included.

I don’t mean exploit in the sense of duping items or something like that, I’m talking about abusing terrain or unintended functionality of certain things in WvW to get an advantage.
