Anet, could you please find it in your heart to implement some small indicator on lists of items to show when one has already purchased/collected them? Pretty please. If there’s one thing I would love above all, it’s this. It’s been suggested before and you’re very busy, I know. But I’m hopeful. It would be a great QoL for a collection-addict like me.

For example, buying items like minis on the TP you have to hold the mouse over each and every one to see if you already have it. A small indicator like a tick would do wonders.

Or when you use one of those recipe boxes which offer you many recipes of one stat to choose from – you have to hold your mouse over each item to see if you already have it. These boxes drop all the time and a small indicator of some sort would be wonderful.

I know it’s much too early for Wintersday, but this is my Wintersday hope/wish. Pretty please.

For the TP I think the reason it doesn’t do that is that it would have to check each and every item against your specific account before displaying it, rendering loading glacially slow if not freezing it entirely.

For the more particular boxes and vendors that don’t have thousands of items, yes, it would be very nice to have those indicate known/unknown at a glance. Always assuming the cumulative effect wouldn’t crash servers, anyway.

for mini’s cant you purchase straight from the miniature’s tab (like you can with dyes ?)

Okay so you can’t just tested…seems like an oversight as you can purchase from gemstore but not TP.

You make a valid point and it does depend greatly on the structure of anet’s database and whether it’s relational. We can only suggest and hope.
