It’s hard for underwater weapons to get some love. If a dragonhunter has the legendary spear, Kamohoali’i Kotaki, equipped, let the new F1 skill, Spear of Justice, get a shark annimation, even while on land.
Then find some other sensible ways for a hint here and there that a person has other underwater legendary equipped.
