[Suggestion] Lower price of Upgrade extractor
I don’t even think this item should be in the gem shop to tell you the truth. This should be an in-game item.
Congratulations, you have discovered the sink for runes (and thus the money potential of said runes)
You are intended to lose your runes when you change/upgrade armor.
The upgrade extractors were pretty much only introduced for use with super expensive infusions, like ones costing 1k gold or more, not for use on everyday runes, even strength runes.

Title says it all. It’s cheaper to just buy a new rune 100% of the time.
Not a whole lot of people even have the expensive infusions.
As others have said, that’s entirely the point: if ANet wanted these to be used for runes, they would have designed and priced them differently.
OTOH, I’d prefer if they renamed these items to “Agony Infusion Extractors,” since that’s their primary value.
