Hurts me eyes and head for searching that last PoI or Karma Heart symbol on the map.
What if you’re in the map, open the Map and see what you lack with a flickering light on it or something?
I just started doing Map Completion for the second time for 3rd and 4th Legendary but atm, I’m more spending time looking at Map searching those last little symbols then actually doing the Map Completion.

Any ideas?

Wiki the zones and download the full rez map image. Also, on the wiki people have added what are the usually oversights for each zone.

[AwM] of Jade Quarry.

actually, I’d like, if say you hovered on the left, over poi’s, that any missing poi would flash like the red mark players can place, maybe do white or something as to not mix up with that.

But there have been times, I completely walked past a poi and its the last one left and I have no idea where it is. (had a guildy start clicking poi’s to help xD…).

It would be nice addition, to easily see where they are. (but by choice, so only when you hover over poi/wp’s etc)

What Inculpatus linked is the official wiki. It’s even linked at the top of this site.

What makes it even easier, is you can open it with a / command in the game, and even include exactly what you want to search for.

i.e. /wiki Queensdale

The above command will open up the page for Queensdale on the official wiki in your browser.

To be fair, even using the wiki and the fullscreen maps on a second monitor, finding the last PoI can be a total kitten

I like this idea. Tips/hints are currently available for achievements. Something similar for map completion would be nice too.

Indeed, its not unlike an intricate puzzle game at times

All I can say is ‘edge scraping’.

While I can sympathise with you about POI’s and other areas that pop that aren’t POIs but required for completion being hard to find, giving a map hint by flashing an undiscovered area is just too easy. The second or third go around should technically be easier because you’ve already done it once but is still a p.i.t.a.
