Suggestion - Mark items as junk
Could we get an option to mark items as junk in our inventory?
It would make selling armors and weapons to NPCs easier as it would take just one click to empty our bags.
Your thoughts?
I don’t think it would be a good idea. For some people, it would be great. Too many, however, would end up selling something by accident and yell at anet for creating the system that allowed that to happen so easily. Plus, it’s not like it’s all that hard to empty bags.
So it’s relatively high cost (to make the change and build the UI that allows it), low benefit, and somewhat risky.

Why are you selling things could be worth more as salvage?
Maybe a better idea would be for the Devs to create a new kind of inventory bag. Anything placed in said inventory bag would be considered ‘junk’ to the Vendor. Would probably a lot less clicking, and, perhaps, a lot less Dev resource-costly.
I don’t know….just a thought. =)

Because I don’t know about you. But I think I have enough Mithril ore. Also I’m good on Ori.
I would just like to raise the threshold. So I could just vendor all blues/greens I don’t salvage. As a safeguard just increase the time items stay in the buyback tab, or do a account wide rolling buyback.
when they added copper-fed salvage kit thingy and luck points, stuff like blues and greens became something you salvage wrather than sell. I hear ya on having too much mithril, I play ranger so its leather for me, but it really is a thing where you just sell stacks on tp. Lucky for you mithril is worth something on tp, I cant even sell my leather there, I gotta merchant stacks now cause 1500 space is filled with refined leather ;-(
However, there is something you can do to help smoot out selling blues and greens if you arnt into salvaging. There are different bags that auto-place stuff into them.
green bags
rare bags
exotic bags
crafting mat bags
junk trophy bags
invisible bags
if you order them right you can just spam click sell stuff pretty fast. And lucky for you , you will not have that added problems of dozens of green sigils taking up inventory space after salvaging like everyone else with copper-fed salvage kit thingy.
