[Thick/unthick] Include siege and structure targeting in nearest ally, next ally, nearest enemy, next enemy.

I would love one for <f12><click on character select>. When RL stuff happens (phone, spouse coming home, etc) I want to be able to throw my attention away from the game on a moment’s notice without having to worry that I will die.
