Do I mean ‘Account-Bound’?
Almost. Let me explain…

I have just purchased the Broom item from the gem store for no other reason other than it looks fun moving around in that way.
However, although the item is technically account-bound, and as such, freely useable by any of my characters, it is severely limited in that claim.

The only way I can use this item on a different character is to place it in my Bank, and then receive it with the other character. Not entirely flexible in my opinion.
This shortcoming not only reduces the value of this particular class of ‘novelty’, but also affects other potentially useful purchases such as the Home Portal Stone.

I’m hoping this isn’t a cynical ploy to get us to buy multiple units of these items, just to make it easier having them over many characters.

So, my suggestion is…
Why not have a pane on our Hero screen for these pan-character-enabled items? This class of item could then be placed in its own dedicated space that could be accessed whenever and with whatever character you are currently using – much like outfits and finishers.

We have exactly that right now. It’s called the wardrobe/minis tab.

Exactly, and I can choose which of my single Mail-Carrier animation I can use as well.

So go on Anet. It’s not exactly Rocket-Surgery to add sub-sections for these other items you are selling, some of which are more use than seeing how your kitten mail is delivered.

I would love to see this for “toys”. It is annoying to have to find which toon your horn is on ( I have eight), putting the horn in the bank, then switching to the toon you want to put the horn on, go to you wvwvw BL, go to the crafting station to use the bank, then leaving the BL so you can be back where you were when you started this process.

This topic has been brought up time and again with regard to account bound gem store purchases (specifically omatics and perm gathering tools, etc) and it’s a feature I’d absolutely love to see implemented, but doubt it will be given how long it’s been requested and how long that request has been ignored
