[Suggestion] Placeable NPCs for Guild Halls
I would even be happy to have just static NPC als patrons in the Tavern, as customers at the market, as guards at the war room, as farmers at the guild nodes.
Scribes could make “contracts” to hire people, like
1x scribing kit
1x lvl 80 food
1x cultural chest armour T2
1x paper
You have to sign the contract and feed your employees. The type of food would determine the profession (e.g. Omnomberry Cake = tavern patron), the armour the race). Adding a “cheers” interaction response and it would be awesome (or “To battle!”, “Don’t step on the saplings”, “This is good value” etc.
Still keeps a volume of Kurzick poems ;)
This is a great idea OP. Anything that makes guildhalls actually matter is great in my book because right now they are irrelevant. Good post.
The idea is nice in and of itself, but I wouldn’t prioritise it. It’s just a “nice to have”, imo.
Development by Accretion means that there will be new content AND new systems, but not new content (and limited fixes) FOR old systems.
Examples;
These Forums
Guild Missions
Guild Halls
Guild WvW Upgrades
WvW Rank Abilities
Dungeons
etc etc etc …

Well with the next expansion on the horizon I’d like to think they may add another guild hall or two, so I wouldn’t necessarily call them old content just yet.
OMG i would soo love this feature too. The guild Hall is soo BIG but totally empty even if you decorate it >.<
