Ok so probaly for most of you this will be a useless question. And I guess this will not be changed.. but going to try this anyway:
Is it possible to enhance gameplay using a wacom tablet?

I have repetitive strain injury (no NOT because of too much gaming =p )
And the only way I can control my pc is using a wacom tablet. I’d love to play HoT and GW2 but I can’t with a mouse

I tried playing with it.. rotation goes fine, but when you click on the screen (like a mouse click) the camera inmediatly locks on to a random point for no reason. If this could be changed playing with a tablet would actually work !

There’s always hooking up a game controller with usb port. Though making it work in GW2 is a bit complicated. If trying hard you can maximize the keybinding to about 30+ keybinds but you’d still probably wanna use the keyboard for inventory.

Not much help but I can’t imagine how a wacom would work. But anything’s possible I guess

Since mai i play with a wacom intuos 4 and it works perfectly fine for me.
When i am back home again i can check my settings and update this post.

So…back home again
First off – i run GW2 on a MAC, and with the MAC-GW2 Client I did not manage to get the wacom working.
Hence I play GW2 on a Win8 bootcamp partition.

As for my tablet-settings:
- one of the buttons on my kitten set to “right-mouse click”
- the tablet-projection-mode on “pen”
- you can set your Touch-Ring to “zoom/scroll” (medium speed for me), but I use it
only when the Map (M) is open

Most of the time I steer the camera with the “right mouse click” (hovering above the tablet) and the keyboard – the pen does not touch the tablet (unless targetting manually/things you have to “click”).

In order to zoom in and out, I use “ctrl+d”/“ctrl+a”, – you can asset keys via control options (F11).

It took me quite some time to get used to this, but now it works just fine.
