Here I want to talk about some QoL Improvements, which I want to see for this Game, which would in my opinion make this game greatly better and more comoftable to handle.
1.) Automatic Sell Function
Players should be able to activate/deactivate on EVERY single sellable item by a Hook Symbol on the Icon of the Item, if this Item should get automatically instantly be sold for you to the NPCs.
Example: Lets say I was farming somewhere and collected tons of grey garbage, that is stuffing unneccessarely my inventory fuller than needed, and I have absolutely no usage for all this crap – than I can activate for these items in their icons the Auto Sell Function and from that moment on where I do this, will these marked items for Auto Sell instantly get sold, as If I would have sold them to the next NPC by clicking on “Sell Crap”.
This way we dont have to run anymore extra to an NPC, just to get rid of all this crap, it will get instantly sold for us the very moment as we loot it.
If you ever decide that you actually want something of it, you can easily then buy from the NPCs the Auto Sell Crap back, what is I think more comfortable, than to have sell manually everytime crap that you don’t want.
When we have something in this game like a Auto Loot Function, then should be this also easily possible to do to give us this way some great deal of quality of life back, so that we don’t need to hassle anymore ever with such crap loot that stuffs so quickly our inventories full and which sane people normally anyways 99,9% of all times surely just throw directly away, because no one wants to be bothered with to just have to run to a NPC to get that crap away for the tiny amount of money you get from crap loot, unless its valuable crap loot from Fractals or this 30 silver Map Reward Crap Loot.
2.) Automatic Salvaging Function
One should need to count 1 and 1 together to get quickly to the next great quality of life feature that shares the same mechanics to greatly improve all of our quality of life, which shouldn#t be impossible to make at all.
Auto Salvaging should be added to make Salvaging in this Game an alot smoother mechanic andto automatize these things to that players have to do especially alot LESSER CLICKING.
Say I want to tell my Account, that my accoutn should automatically Salavage for me ALL RARE ITEMS. Then this should my account do for me as long I have something in my inventory that allows me to salvage rare items.
When I tell my Account, it should automatically salvage for me all my rare items I get, then the account should ask me for this Auto Task always first, which Salvaging Tool out of my Inventory it should use.
So for example one of the simple on usage limited tools, or maybe one permanent salvage tool that is either the copper or silver fed o matic salvaging toll.
Lets say I tell my account it hsoudl for me automatically salavage all incoming rare items by using my silver fed o matic salvaging tool.
as long as I play now a Charakter, which has this thign in its inventory will the game now automatically salvage all rare items for me the very moment I get a rare item as loot.
Do I change now to a character, which hasn’t this salvaging tool in inventory, then nothing will happen – the player has then to salvage manually as usual.
If I want to tell my accoutn now, that the account should stop for me to automatically salvage my chosen item, then I go into the Options Menu, where I will find a new Menu Point in the Settings, which when I click on it, deletes for my account all Auto Salavage Entries, or lets me manually delete in a list all the auto Salavage Entries that i made by clicking the Auto Salavage Hook in the icon of an salvagable item.
3.) Automatic Materials to Chest Movement
there should be an automatic function that enables us to tell our accounts, that the account should automatically move all materials and items, which can be moved into our Account Chests should get instantly moved also there, up until the chest is full.
Only if the chest is full for a specific item, then should nothing happen and the loot stays in the inventory of the character for the player to manually decide for it what should happen with the new loot.
If the player does then later maybe some actions like crafting, which removes materials from the account and there was in any of the players character on the accoutn still some left overs of materials which couldn’t get automatically moved to the chest – the moment where materials sink ounder the maximum amount, these materials wil lget then retroactively moved all into the account chest, if you activate the Auto Chest Movement function.
This would be another great quality of life function, which would significantly help in reducing unneccesary clicks ands would make also inventory management alot better, quicker and easier, not to mention our inventories more overviewable when all kinds of things that can be put into our accoutn chest get automatically put in there, until the chest is full for that item
4.) Instant Crafting Finish
Please, improve Craftign by lettign the Craftign Progress finish instantly, and without that all the single items that were crsafted need to be shown in the chat and also on the right side additionally totally unneccessarely in a huge falldown list.
If you craft something by huge amoutns, like for example 250 units, it takes ages, before you can do somethign else.
Ths process can absolutely be speeded up by making the crafting process done INSTANTLY and without that the game needs us to tell for every single iunit left and right, that we gained that single unit.
Just make it 1 single solid message, that tells us the total amount of our wanted items has been crafted and this just in the chat, no silly falldown list anymore, that is just costing this game performance and can cause for the player just only unneccessary lags also
5.) Destroy Once and For ALL Material Gathering Botting
Can’t belive, that I see them after all these years still running around, even combined with other violations, like using fly hacks and so on just to make their bots reach quicker the gathering nodes (telefortation seems to be not “in” anymore, now its fly/air jump hacks". I know, people surely wil lwant to tell me now, use the report function and be done with them.. but I think preemtive mechanics are better solutions, than postemptive reports that require players to be always first there at th right time at the right plays to catch the violations at the act and then unneccessary the support team first to check everythinmg, until somewhen (maybe) a reaction to the violation happens. Its always better with preemtive solutions to totally prevent such things from happening at all in my opinion
This could be solved so easily, if gathering would finally require something to do manually by the player, which bots can’t do, espcialyl if this little required mechanic is somethign, that CHANGES on every gatherign node randomly.
Bots are just silly preprogrammed programs which calculatre only after 0s and 1s by what their creator has taught them to do after a pregiven scheme with algorythms that maybe handel stuff like "do this, when x, or do that when Y…
But the moment where something becomes random and requires intelligence of a player to manualyl do something self, are bots helpless.
Yes, this suggestion would mean that the gatherign process would become more complicated – it wouldnt be just anymore a silly single click on F and be done with the node some seconds later.
But for the sake of this game and its economy, this change is long overdue.
As a compensation for making the gathering process more complicated so that bots can’t farm them anymore, the materials that we get from them could get increased in numbers, so that they become more worthy to be actually farmed really by the player self.
Should this suggestion whyever be impossible to do due to technical limitations or other problems, then I suggest as an alternative to implement a kind of “Service Mechanic” for a fee of gold, which enables players to send out a NPC for them to a map for a certain time (so longer you send it ou,t so more will cost the fee) and once the time is over, that gathering service NPC will return to you per Mail all the gathered materials.
This kind of feature could then maybe be linked and improved with a “Mastery” that players can earn by doign things that are for bots absolutely impossible to do, with that you can improve significantly this “Service”, so that usign the Gatherign Service will become alot more better, than using in the same time a bot to let the bottign chara farm for you i na map, which won’t have the advantages of this mastery linked gathering service.
Am inspired by this from the Atelier Games, where you can send out your Homonucous for you to variosu places to let them collect and gather materials for you, which requires them some time and once they return, you get all the stuff that they collected for you. The idea bhind this is, that if you can’t defeat bots or annihilate everything around them to make their usage impossible, then defeat basicalyl fire by fire anmd provide the player a feature in the game, that simply is far more effective, than using bots,. but can be just obtained only manualyl by players through mechanics where bots have no chance
