Note I know not all banners you need to have Guild Merits, the ones listed below do

Guild Heroes Banner – 30 minutes
10% Karma and +10% Experience Banner – 30 minutes
10% Kill Gold and 15% Magic Find Banner – 30 minutes
15% Gathering and 10% Swiftness Banner – 30 minutes
5% Increased Gold from Kills Banner – 30 minutes

Please remove Guild Merit Requirements for Banners listed above as it prevents small/solo guilds getting, using and sharing the banners with others like Heroes Banner for example. Without having to ask other people to temp join their guild to help them do guild missions to get merits/accommodations which can be time consuming/annoying.

They’ll be doing that when the expansion is out. Merits will be gone and missions will be friendlier toward smaller guilds.
