Vulgarity is no substitution for wit.
First off, I want to say that Achievements =/= content. It seems like under the current LS setup, they’re giving us a day’s worth of content and a week or so worth of achievement grinding.
My suggestion is to revise the release schedules to have one large playable content release per month (such as a dungeon path and associated LS arcs, or additional weapons, or new weapons, or new areas/zones, or new level caps, or new traits and skills, or new professions— basically mini-expacs) and allow achievements to be once again attained on initial playthrough (edited to show I wasn’t expecting everything all at once every month).
It just seems to me that under the current biweekly schedule, the nuggets of content we are getting just don’t last long enough on initial playthrough and that there’s a reliance on achievement grinding to keep us occupied until the next release. None of us want busy work, we want content.

It’s actually more like three or four days of content when you include the time it takes them to patch the content-breaking bugs.
Ok. So they release the content monthly and instead of finishing in one day, they finish in two. Now they have an entire month of nothing to do. If the average player takes five days now they take 10 days, if monthly. That leaves 20 days of nothing to do.
So really, what’s the point in spreading out the release dates to bundle more content in each release? It would be no different if they had released an expansion once a year. People would finish it in a month and then have nothing to do until the next year. At least this way they keep people coming back every two weeks.
Edit: Typos and more typos. I hate autocorrect.

It’s not because they slow down the release that we’ll get any of the things you’re asking.
In 2 years we got :
-A revamp of AC
-Aetherblade and Molten that got later turned into a fractal
-TA aetherblade path
-Thaumanova fractal
-2 new zones
(You can include the Crown Pavillon, the Zephyrite zone and Halloween stuff but does aren’t permanent content)
Unless they release an expansion, we aren’t getting any of those things any faster than one every 4 month or so.
I prefer the two-week delivery cadence. We’ve gone without releases for longer periods of time, and I didn’t find it any more satisfying. In fact, I didn’t care that much for it.
More time experiencing content (in whatever form said content may be) with longer waits between doesn’t sound more enticing…to me.
Thus, please DO NOT revise release schedules. Thank you.
To make clear what I’m griping about, incase it was missed:
New dungeon, weapons, zone (complete, not this Dry Top business), and substantial story arc every 6-8 weeks > 5 quests and 7-10 achievements every 2.
Currently I can knock out each LS episode in a couple of hours. After that, there’s nothing really to do outside of achievement grind (which does not appeal to me) or pvp. Leveling an alt really isn’t an option for me anymore in post-april patch GW2.

Nobody can meet that criteria within that timeframe. Definitely not this game as it does not have a monthly subscription fee.
Actually, please name me a game that actually does this.
