Guild Wars 2

Most of staffs in GW2 are really bad, but surprisingly trident skins are awesome, why not merge them, or change odd ones with better trident skins?

There just need to be more skins in general. There aren’t many good shields either other than the Flameseeker Prophecies. It would be nice if we get a lot more with living story season two this year but it seems every good skin is just thrown into the gem store instead.

I’ve been thinking the same since the game came out.

A lot of trident skins are extremely nice, unfortunately the only time you’ll ever see them is when you are underwater. And unless you do HotW p2 and p3 (which are extremely boring), you will barely see it.

The Phoenix shield looks really cool. There are a few others as well but they mostly fell into that same boat as the Phoenix…. BL ticket shop.

As for the staff and trident….I like keeping my trident weapon skins separate…there’s already a few “merged” staff/trident skins and they look horrible.

I actually really like the new Phoenix Staff Skin, but most staff skins are bleh. I understand that a staff is basically a long stick or pole, but compared to many other weapons in this game, the typical staff skin of a long stick with a small trinket glued to one end is fairly lackluster.

I actually really like a lot of the in-game shield skins. Shield of the Moon is pretty much my favorite, and Mad Moon is glorious, too. I ADORE the super shield, and lovestruck is another nice one. (I really like the whole lovestruck set- I’m glad it’s so cheap!)

I wish they’d swap trident/staff skins. The tormented trident is one of the best skins in the game, in my opinion.

I would instantly go for my first Legendary if Kraitkin was avalible as a staff. And I believe many would do the same, since there are some players who don’t like rainbow-happy-shiny stuff.
