Guild Wars 2

So there’s a lot of weapon skins in the game, all of which must have taken much time and effort to make; so its a shame that quite a lot of them never see the light of day (except maybe when you have no transmutation charges left).
I know this has been suggested before, but what I’m suggesting is the ability to dye weapons.

Now I know this would be a heap-ton of work to do, but it might be more approachable if its done in small chunks. For example, one set of weapons could be done at a time, instead of ALL the weapons in the world at once.

PS. If (please dwayna) this happens, I would like to nominate the verdant weapon set for first in line… They are beautiful models, but the fluorescent blue/green combo is so unsettling that I can’t bring myself to use them.

Check the dev comments quoted therein for why this won’t happen.

I would suggest the Oni Blade, my characters amour colour is blue and silver but the mask on the sword is red, I would love to turn that mask blue xD
