Suggestion: Undo purchase NPC Merchant
You can put in a support ticket to try to get it reversed, since it was a missclick.

Yah, don’t open it, and if you did, don’t delete it or salvage it. Contact support and see what they say.
Just be warned, they apparently had a bunch of new people come in with the recent sale and they are swamped. It might be a week before it’s resolved.
Didn’t realize we could do that, i’ll give it a try and post back here. No i still have the box unopen.
It may be some time more than just a week. The CS Team is really swamped, and they are helping those with play/connection/download/access issues first.
The Team will likely assist you, just letting you know it may be longer than usual.
Good luck.
If they restore/undo the purchase, will that also remove any progress I made in game?

No, it isn’t like an account restore after being hacked. If CS helps you they will swap the mistaken item with the one you meant to get. You won’t lose any progress.

Phew, good to know. Thanks everyone for the info really appreciate the input.
They don’t really refund items or gold from miss clicks. I found this out the hard way.

They may not refund your gold/currency, but they’ll usually replace it with what you meant to buy (as long as it’s an even exchange).
I recently did something like this by grabbing the heavy AC chest armor from the end of the PvP reward track instead of the medium I was after. Sucks, but as I had no better track to go on, I’m going to just tough it out and get enough tokens to get the one I wanted.
Good luck to you, hope they correct the error!
