I suggest a system similar to Black Lion Claim Tickets with weapon skins. By opening BL Chests you would have a change to obtain a token, that would be used to exchange for any account bound mini pet (or rate pet by rarity and adjust the price). That would be the best way to acquire minis that are no longer avaible in the gem store.

I so agree. This would be fair since it would still require tons more effort to get these old minis than just buying them/earning them when they were available.

Although I can see how those that did acquire the minis in their allotted time frame might feel jilted by it.

Personally, I would just like to see all minis trade-able. They all were in GW1, I don’t see why any of them need to be ‘account bound’ in GW2.

Just make them all tradeable so people can sell their duplicates/unwanted ones. I bet each account bound miniature got more than enough copies for every person collecting them.

Looks like players in GW2 totally lost interest in Mini Pets…

It doesnt suprise me, currently Anet only threats them as an easy cash grab

If you take a break from the game and miss a mini there is no point in “collecting” really. Also during the holiday events etc its often required you spend around a 1000 gems to collect the one’s available in the time frame.

This is why I propose this system, so that people missing some account bound minis could complete their collections.
