if used on a level 80 character, make it give a lvl 80 experience scroll in addition to the normal rewards, so that if, at some point in future, you wish to make another character, you can use it on them then.

That way the only thing you miss out on by using it as opposed to saving it is the lvl 80 trial.

that way everyone will use the lvl 80 booster on a lvl 80 character instead of on a low lvl?

should also rename it “free stuff +lvl 80 booster” then…

I believe its fine as it is now considering lvling isnt really a issue here in general and then theres also the tomes and scrolls.

I know for a fact not everyone has Tomes, I don’t. So I think having an instant boost is great. Used it on my Charr Engineer sense I am desperate to get it up to speed and in line with my other 80s.

No, everyone has Tomes. You get them just by logging in. Everyone might not have stacks of them sitting around, though. If you do dailies, you also get the XP scrolls, which can add up.

Yeah, no need for another free lvl-80, the game hurls XP at you no matter what you do. I wouldn’t mind them making lvl-80 scrolls a gem shop item. You wanna insta-80, then buy them.
