Suggestion for the gem store

Would it be possible to add a “Appearance,Gender, and Name Change” Item in the Cash Shop? I don’t see why not. I’m sure some people would enjoy the option to completely change their characters identity.

At the moment the Cash Shop seems pretty empty.
Some new skins would be nice too. Thank you.
