Guild Wars 2

When you’re in a low level zone and you’re low on health, there’s this giant arrow that jumps and points at your healing skill.
Can you please have this arrow not show if your healing skill is on cooldown.
I think it’s pretty obvious that I know how to use a healing skill and haven’t forgotten, as I had just used it a few seconds before.

It also still prompts my lvl 80 characters, in the upper-right corner, to go “learn how to dodge”. Thanks NPE!
