Bring the underworld back to gw2
This can be done after killing shadow behemoth he leaves a portal open to the underworld or something like that or a extra event there to destroy the many open portals and you collect fragments of them and after you have x amount of fragment you can create your own portal to the underworld.
I also think this is lore friendly.
