So, if one wanted to give feedback or suggestions/ideas on content, what forum do we use for that now?

In the appropriate forum. If it is a general suggestion, here. If it is PvP, WvW, Black Lion Trading etc in those forums. If it is about mounts, dueling, race chance, none of the above.
