Summons like turrets, spirit weapons and so on, are useless in boss fights, because they get blown up by every random AOE the boss throws. This needs to be changed, they need to be destroyed only if the boss strikes at them directly.

Also, summons in general are bugged as hell, they always run miles behind you, making their activated skills rather useless, half the time they dont strike your target or agro every random mob in the map.

They need to move and react fast enough to keep up with you, and they need to follow your targeting patterns, if you are auto attacking they should lock on your target and break off when you do.

I’m not sure what you mean with them not keeping up – mine are never far behind me. They don’t have a speed cap I don’t think, so they shouldn’t end up lagging behind.

But I agree with everything else. They become incredibly pointless outside of solo play because we have no control over their actions and they just get stomped on by AoE.

I notice it with my guardian in spvp a lot. When you are roaming they lag behind you, far behind you, so far that puts their activated abilities out of range, even when you might have reached melee.
Bow is the worst offender, it casts an aoe heal, centered on it self, which is often right in the middle of nowhere.
