No. It’ll come back next year in April.

It’s an annual April festival now, so no it wont be back again this year

I like that is is at least an annual festival. Not like before when it was uncertain if it was ever going to return.

I can’t remember any announcement that it is has become an annual festival. It will likely be back. If you have an link to an official statement from Anet, please post. I would like to read it.
