Is this finisher every coming back? I only hope with the next Super Adventure Box release the finisher can be purchased, again. I want it

It will likely return when the Super Adventure Box does. Probably next year at some point, hopefully early next year. They know the demand is there, and the expansion has launched, so they have more time now for side projects.
