Superior Sigil of Energy gives you 50% of your endurance back when you swap to that weapon in combat.

However, I have tried many, many times now to swap to that weapon in combat, and I never regain my endurance.

Yes, I have checked many times, and it’s the right sigil, and I have been in combat, and I have swapped the weapon.

Anyone else having the same problem with their Sigil of Energy?

I don’t really use sigil of energy tbh with you but i couldn’t find any other info on it being bugged. Have you also taken into account its 9s CD? Have you done it at both 1 bar of endurance and 0?

It has an internal cool down of 8 seconds I believe. So if you’re a warrior with sigil of energy on both swaps and the fast hands trait (5 sec swap), you may be swapping to early to proc the sigil. Also, the sigil will only proc in battle.

Conversely, I have seen this happen in very rare occasions on my guardian while in battle, but I have pretty bad ping.

Maybe you have another on-swap sigil attached to another weapon in the same set? Could even bug with an extra on-crit sigil due to the cd.

That could be it then. I got Superior Sigil of Battle on my shield.

Yea….. only one sigil in each weapon set can have an internal cool down. Or else it gets messed up and won’t work. So, change that battle sigil for something without a cool down like force, restoration, stamina or bloodlust etc. Not any of the “on crit” ones, those have cool downs too and won’t work.

So all sigils with an effect have a cooldown? Say I have a fire sigil (flame blast on crit) on my greatsword and then switch to a staff with sigil of energy (stamina on swap). Those mess with each other?

All sigils share the same internal cooldown, so if an on crit sigil procs and recharges for say, 5 seconds, your on swap sigil will not trigger within this 5 second window.

Ok. I laughed more than I should have but I didn’t expect you to spaz the cursor over the energy bar all of a sudden.

Anyways, to OP.

Sigil all share a single internal CD. That means if you have another sigil that proc on say….your secondary weapon set, no other sigil can proc for 10 seconds.

If you stick to using sigil of energy and only sigil of energy 100% of the time then you will always see it work.

I have first hand experience from this when I once used sigil of fire and sigil of energy on two different weapon sets while weapon switching.

It’s just too weird that the cooldowns aren’t sigil specific.

You should probably read the sigil wiki page. It explains the sigil groupings, so you can pick one from each group.
