There are two sigils of speed available in pvp.
One gives you 20 seconds of speed upon killing a foe.
The other one gives you 5 seconds of swiftness and 1 second of quickness upon weapon swap. Any idea if this sigil is available for pve/wvw?

Super Speed
Gain Swiftness (20 Seconds) on Killing a Foe
Super Rage
Gain Swiftness (20 Seconds) on Killing a Foe
Super Celerity
Gain a charge when you kill a foe, five if you kill an enemy player. At 25 charges, gain quickness for 5 seconds. (You lose all stacks on down.)
The wiki doesn’t show the scribe as crafting sigils nor any sigil of agility. Then again, the expac is still new and there’s tons of stuff left to add to the wiki.
