Some sigils are used for Legendaries. That’s why they go into the Forge.

At which point the price of sigils of serpent slaying and such (a.k.a. the things that are currently basically bellow vendor trash) would rise in price till they normalized. The reason they’re currently 2 silver a piece is because they’re worthless.
