So, I’ve noticed that only CERTAIN Superior Sigils are allowed to be placed in the Mystic Forge. This isn’t a complete list, but just a few I’ve tested.
ALLOWED: Superior Sigil of Sanctuary, Superior Sigil of Air
NOT ALLOWED: Superior Sigil of Water, Superior Sigil of Earth, Superior Sigil of Ghost-Slaying, Superior Sigil of Smothering, Superior Sigil of Chilling
Does anyone know why there’s a discrepancy between which sigils are allowed to go into the forge? I haven’t noticed this with Major or Minor sigils, just Superior. Is this a bug, or intended for some reason?
Some are used for legendary weapons. There’s threads on gw2guru and reddit regarding this.
Oh, so there’s no way to put in 4x Superior quality sigils into the forge and get a random Superior sigil back, then?
