Superior sigil of endurance bugged?
All sigils are on a global sigil cooldown. You just have something else proccing first and eating up that cooldown, so your Energy sigil never triggers.

so i have battle sigil/energy sigil only one procs? and how would it chose which 1
That is what i have is battle 3 stacks on weapon swap and the energy so they are cancelling out?
Your main hand always procs before your offhand. If they have the same cooldowns (which those do), your offhand will never proc. Try putting them on different weapon sets so that you get their effects every 10 seconds, which is the same as their internal cooldowns.
Example of working combo for Ranger:
Longbow (Sigil of Battle) — Sword (Sigil of Energy) / Torch (Sigil of Force)
Example of not-working combo for Ranger:
Longbow (Sigil of Force) — Sword (Sigil of Energy) / Torch (Sigil of Battle [WILL NEVER FIRE])
Well that is a bummer.
They are not cancelling out so much as they are on the same internal cooldown, so if you switch to your +3might you’ll get the might, but if you swap to your energy with 9?seconds you won’t get the energy. If you switch after 9sec you WILL still get the energy. Also neither effect triggers outside of battle.
Edit: unless they are on the same weapon set.

There was a long analysis thread about this before but if I recall the sigils can be divided into three types, triggered, static and stacking. All sigils within the type share cooldowns unfortunately (this means that an onswap trigger share cooldown with a proc chance trigger)
This is from memory but you can easily test it yourself.
This sucks if you have a very long cooldown on a sigil (like rage being 45sec) then all other sigils of that type would be blocked until the cooldown expires.

It is actually worse than that! The cooldown is not restricted to one per type.

Ok before I pay for a new sigil.. If I put in a straight + damage or precision sigil it will still work with the battle or endurance one? Lol I have been playing with 2 handed weapons almost the whole game so I am lost on dual weapons lol.

It should. I use a Sigil of Accuracy alongside with my endurance sigils.
As a matter of fact, I use the same setup on my second setup so my weapon switch is simply a key for endurance regeneration.
Note to self: check sigils when I get home lol
This needs to be fixed asap, why have two weapons at all if 50% of the cooldowns are synced, pointless system…
