Ever since the game breaking patch yesterday im not getting any speed increase from superspeed. Did this get changed to 25% or is it a bug?

Talking about Superspeed, it would be much better if it gave 100% extra speed (double speed). As it is right now it is barely noticeable in comparison to swiftness and quite useless.

Are you talking about in or out of combat?

Super speed is most definitely noticeable in combat. Super speed and swiftness function the same outside of combat due to the global movement speed cap.
