Anyone know how long this is currently taking? Sent a ticket Sunday about a missing item on my account and haven’t heard back yet.

Most tickets are resolved within 72 hours. If it’s been more than 72 hours, then you can post your ticket number in the following thread so they can check on it. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/GW2-Tickets-for-Review-3-days-older-2/page/17

Michael, the CS Team Lead has stated that, due to volume, tickets are running about 96 hours. The automated response indicates the same.

Ooo ok thank you. I saw in in my email they were running behind but I was not sure by how long.
