So me and my friend are doing a project for our computer science class on different gaming communities and we were wondering if you all could help us out. This specific questionnaire is on GW2 only so you all should be able to answer all questions. There are only about 10 questions and it should only take a few minutes. Thanks so much.

I can add a text box after it for those that would like to provide additional information to their answers. We weren’t looking for anything too specific on the second question just a general idea of where people stood.

Well, there are a lot of aspects to the community. It’s hard to just say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to a bunch of things that can be going in totally different directions.

That was more of the point of the rating certain things from 0 to 10 afterwards to get a better sense of some specific aspects of the community. We weren’t looking to go super in depth with the subject since we are doing this across several different games and are trying to keep the the survey short for those taking it. are there a specific aspects you think we should be asking more about?

Filled out. I do have to compliment you on what seems to be knowing some of the game. I have been part of online gaming communities that get constant student assignment polls, all with the same questions that make it obvious they know nothing about the topic so are getting us to write their papers for them. One suggestion I would have is to list at the top of the survey in-game contact info (not an email) for any questions to key ppl to that and repeat it at the bottom.
