I just logged in to game and a guildie told me his friend, another guildie has been banned. First of I was kinda shocked and surprised as he is a fair player so I asked why he has been banned. All he could tell was that Anet detected a 3rd party programme and thats it. Nothing specific and I am sure Overwolf and some other addons are allowed and also count as 3rd party software. Maybe you guys at Anet can shine some light on this case and tell our guildie why EXACTLY he has been banned? Cause i am kinda dissapointed in the way you guys and girls deal with it.
He needs to submit a help ticket to customer service.
