I thought T3 light cultural sylvari armor got glow? My sylvari has three tier 3 pieces (shoulders, gloves and boots), but they don’t glow at night. I heard it was changed so they get glow now, but as you can see in the screenshot below, it’s night time and there isn’t any glow. Am I missing something? Is it bugged?

It seems your Character doesn’t glow much either. The glow depends on the brightness of your characters glow.

depends on the armor class maybe? I know the heavy helmet T3 glows (the end bits of the “branches”) and the boots on medium T3 also have a glow

Ah thanks for the clarification. Hmm, it can’t be my character’s skin glow because I have that on max, but having glow only on coat and pants makes sense. Kind of lame how it’s not all pieces though :-/ all tier 3 armor should at least give some glow, considering how expensive the pieces are :-(
