TP earnings and items plus gems
If I sell ALL of my mats and items at TP and decide to delete all of my characters and their soulbind gears, and decided to move to another server and start from scratch would I still be able to get all my earnings and items at TP if I move from another server? How about my gems?
TP: Probably not
Gems: Probably so considering you spent actual money on them.

Remember, your bank moves with you when you transfer, so your gems, mats, laurels, gold and any non-soulbound items move with you…whether transferring free by deleting all characters or paying for the transfer.
Put all items you want to keep(except for soulbound items) in your bank, delete all characters then you can choose another server to start new on and your items will be waiting in your bank.
