Why do people feel the need to do theses posts?

Attention seekers often make kitten posts here in the hopes someone will care about what they have to say, they prefer to farm reddit though because there is a meaningless currency attached to it.

Well, at least they’re not flaming, like most ‘leavers’ do. But really, there are more “I’ve just come back to Guild Wars 2” posts than “I’m leaving” posts, so I think the net migration is in Guild Wars 2’s favour at the moment.

That’s because most people who leave the game don’t bother with the forums at all.

Also, a lot of people who return don’t bother with the forums as well.

I tend to assume it’s a habit from subscription games where people taking a break could actually be a problem instead of an intentional part of the game’s design.
