I tried asking over in the Warrior forums, but it’s pretty dead there. I think most Warrior players must have quit. I am desperately trying to salvage what’s left of mine, and noticed something almost as disturbing as the instantly-disappearing Adrenaline:

Do points in Tactics no longer improve Boon Duration? I have that category at maximum, but my Hero Panel reports I only have +10% Boon Duration. It’s supposed to be +30%, right? (WIKI still reports that, and that article was supposedly last updated only 4 days ago).

3 points in tactics gave me 15% boon duration, and both tooltips for skills and actual boon duration were increased by 15%. Were you in a scaled down area?

I was in town (Divinity’s Reach), so I wasn’t scaled down. Problem fixed itself when I restarted the game from scratch. Dunno why it wasn’t working the first time. Thanks.
