Hey guys ! Hod do you guys usually like to target your enemies ? with mouse, tab, or auto targetting ?
Just wanted to see what people prefer
it’s sometimes hard to target anything when fighting vs groups of people in WvsW or mobs in pve exploring.
Targeting In some of pve content and pvp
All of the above. If I’m just PvE roaming/exploring most of the time it’s auto target. If I’m in a small group of mobs, I like to tab when one target is almost dead, or I need to switch targets. In a zerg, it’s probably going to be some combination of all of them since one method really isn’t going to cut it.
In general, if it’s a dense enough group that it’s hard to target something, I’m using AoE attacks primarily, so target switching doesn’t really matter “where too” other than “something”.
Like the above posters, a mix of all of them. Auto target for roaming about, Tab for picking out one target in a small group, mouse target for picking out one target during a zerg fest.
