Returning player with friends. We want a highly populated realm and have come down to tarnished coast or jade quarry. Which should we choose and why

There are two things that come to mind when you distinguish Jade Quarry and Tarnished Coast.

First is WvW, as they are both in the Tier 1 bracket of WvW. In past match-ups, as well as tournaments, both servers have done fairly even in terms of competition. One isn’t decidedly better than the other IMO.

The second is the community. Both have great guilds, but Tarnished Coast is known for the RP-Community. So if that is something that you’re interested in, TC is for you.

Other than RP, and WvW, realm choice doesn’t really matter. Both are great realms if you can actually get into them.
