Currently at almost every gathering node I approach there is someone using the teleport exploit. This usually happens too fast for me to report, but I can at least get a glimpse at the player’s name. Most of the time it’s a “proper name + [Guild]” pattern I see.

Are these bots or players?

To see what I mean, you don’t need to wait at a node. Just visit a zone boundary, e. g. Timberline Falls – Mount Maelstrom, and watch the “transporter traffic”.

they are bots that tunnel under the ground surface and pop up at nodes,
not really teleporting but they seem like that.

ArenaNet, why does your game have a vulnerabilities that makes this possible, and what are you doing to fix it?

Please don’t forward us to a topic involving your efforts against botting. Catching the people abusing it is like focusing on the symptom instead of the problem. Fix the vulnerabilities that makes it possible in the first place.
