1. Is this account-bound or are they able to be traded on the TP?

2. Is there an infinite-use version?

3. If there is not, will one be made and put into the gem store and for how much? I think I could get my wife to actually get her jumping puzzle monthly done with an infinite-use one of these babies.

4. Are there restrictions such as must be on same map or level range of the zone or anything like that?

2. not that anyone has heard of, only the single use version from BLC
3. Most likely in the future if anet sees this product take off.
4. the desciption said anywhere in pve, so what can be speculated is that anywhere means “anywhere”

It will probably act like if you were to try to join a friends instance while theyre on the same map, by saying “The instance of the map you are trying to join is full” or something along those lines.

EIther it will do that, or it will transport you to their location/map but in a different instance
