So, if I try to teleport to a friend instance that is full, it don’t le me teleport, but it consumes the item.

There are also other things that make you consume the item and not work. Since its a item generated from black lions chest, that mostly come from real money it is quite messy that this gets consumed without work hm?

Just alerting you up, if you guys can fix it, I’ll be grateful, right now I am very fear to waypoint my alt directly to silverwastes, because I just don’t know if the instance is full or not.

Yah. This is something that was reported a long time ago. It should at minimum default to a waypoint near that person’s location on another shard if his shard is full and it can’t put you in there with him or not get used if it doesn’t send you to that map.
