For this year the idea is way too late for implementation but who knows for 2016.
How many of you would like an Easter day festival celebrated the Tengu way inside their own city " The Dominion of Winds?"

They aren’t likely to share their culture with us. At best, we could be told of some awesome celebration, and get left clawing at the door, begging to get in until they decide to shoot us.
