While I was waiting for The Shatterer to spawn I saw some people post legendary amulets they had in chat, does anybody know how they got them? .

They don’t have the amulets, they just have the codes. You can post anything if you have the code to post it.

Leftover data codes mined from files. Not actual items which can be obtained.

Probably for internal testing purposes, a lot of those things do exist in games to do things beyond what a normal player would do.

Yep. Those crazy stats on the amulets suggest that they were likely used for internal PvP testing.

I could rule Tyria with one of those :o
