Hey Anet, you might want to add that word to your dictionary because you guys don’t seem to know what it means. Changing random numbers does not mean balancing the game.

They have tester, it is called players. the bug forum are overflowed with them.
One phrase i love to hear from devs: “we will keep our eyes on it” as if player’s performance will directly impact their decision… oh wait.
