I would like to just give a quick thanks to GM Shaolin ShadowBoxing for assisting me with a minor issue. I have been playing since Beta and have only needed customer service a few times. They have been quick to respond and very helpful. I know that working in CS can be rough sometimes so I just wanted to give a quick public thanks. Thank You and keep up the Good Job! Strange, like the OP I have been helped by the team a few times and very quickly too. I had the same experience in GW1 as well.

Since when did this business of being a hero become being a business?
